The interior of Villa Eight Lakes has been influenced by modern european design. The entire house has hardwood floors and therefor ideal for allergy sufferers. For our little guests the villa also provides a baby-chair and a baby-bed.
The western exposure of Eight Lakes guarantees unforgettable sunsets while entertaining at the pool-area and enjoying mouth-watering steaks with our BBQ.
With plenty of sunloungers everyone gets his private space for a relaxing day at the electrically heated pool.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Eight Lake war wunderschön und wir haben alle beschlossen und verkündet, dass wir definitv nicht zum letzten Mal dort waren.
Die Villa war traumhaft. Die Raumaufteilung, die Innengestaltung und die Lage hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Großes Lob !!!

wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen, alles war rundum zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Betreuung vor Ort von Nicole war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Alles war so wir wir es erhofft hatten. Auch die Bootsvermietung und Einweisung über Captain Bob und die Rückgabe bei Captain John waren ohne Probleme und sehr lustig.
Wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind dann würden wir nur über Sie wieder eine Unterkunft mieten. Lieben Dank noch einmal für unseren schönen Aufenthalt.
