The Villa Different is the house for you. „Don’t judge a book by its cover “, because this house truly stands out with its exquisite features.
After stepping through the front door, you are welcomed by a symbiosis of luxury and modern interior design.
The exquisite touches of color accents throughout the whole living area raise it onto a truly different level.
The Villa Different was renovated to make it a home you will never want to leave again. The living room welcomes you with a dining table and the view of the pool and channel. The living area has an open bright and modern kitchen next to a big living room with a spacious sofa to relax on and a real fireplace.
One side of the house contains the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a desk, and glass doors opening up to the pool area. Attached to the bedroom you will find the private master bath with two separate vanities a free-standing tub, and a walk-in closet.
On the other side of the house, you will find two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a shared bathroom on the left-hand side, and another private bedroom with king-sized and its private bathroom on the right side, which also has a view onto the dock and the channel. The pool area can be accessed from this room via a glass door as well.
This house not only has an exceptional inside, but also invites you to enjoy your vacation in the outdoors. Walking through the glass sliding doors you step onto the outdoor pool area, scoring with seating for up to eight people, and outdoor BBQ area for entertaining. Looking onto the water you have an unrestricted view because of the panorama screen.
The gorgeous pool with a table and attached spa surprises you with a special highlight. The front wall of the pool consists of glass, offering a view onto the water and nature while in and under water. The villa different Is actually the only home in all of Cape Coral with this amazing feature. When done with swimming you will also find a shower on the pool area to rinse off.
The fantastic southern exposure in combination with the view across the untouched Florida mangroves across the south spreader channel will have you experience the most incredible sunrises and sunsets you’ll ever see.
You will have plenty of space to sit and watch this nature spectacle on the huge private dock with its tiki hut and bar which will also provide shade whilst enjoying a drink on the water and relaxing, watching Florida’s birds and boats driving by.

All of our villas and vacation homes are fully furnished with a modern kitchen, air-condition, washer, dryer and BBQ-Grill. Plenty of sheets, beach-, hand- and bath towels and a hairdryer are available.
Free W-Lan internet, sufficient patio furniture and lounge chairs are at your disposal. Our property management is happy to assist you in English and German.
Please note that the default damage deposit is for short term stays up to 3 weeks. For longer stays the required damage deposit increases with the total length.
How to get to your rental home in Cape Coral, Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach.
For international tourists, the main route to Cape Coral is via plane. The nearest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW) with only a 45 minute drive to Cape Coral.
But the airports Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA) and sometimes even Orlando International Airport (MCO) are popular routes as well.
In any case it is usually a good idea to get a rental car. Not only to be able to explore the area but also for the trips from your rental home to the supermarket and any other daily activities.

Unsere Ferien in der Villa Different waren super, alles hat perfekt geklappt und die Bilder im Internet stimmen 1:1 mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Die ganze Abwicklung von der ersten Minute bis heute mit Ihnen und Ihrem Team war sehr freundlich, herzlich und einfach toll. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war 1A! Ein Anruf und eine halbe Stunde später war er da! Wir freuen uns heute schon riesig auf unseren nächsten Florida-Aufenthalt in der Villa West Indies, die wir kurz von aussen gesehen haben.
Die Villa Different ist ein tolles Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Villa!
